Our Disability Inclusion and Action Plan (DIAP) 2023–2025, ‘IN @ MEGT’, is our guiding light towards enhancing employment and participation opportunities for people with disability, both visible and otherwise.
Why is the DIAP important?
IN @ MEGT’ is designed to fulfill our promise of not leaving anyone behind, and a commitment to the inclusion of people with disability. Our actions and initiatives will always be guided by the needs and feedback of our staff and community, and the broader policy and legislative framework.
Our Disability Inclusion Action Plan revolves around these four pillars of inclusion.
